This heavy duty suspension lift kit is designed for Ford Ranger 2.0 models from 2023 onwards that are regularly used for load carrying and towing. It raises the vehicle by approximately 40mm to improve ground clearance while maintaining stability under constant load.
This first-level heavy duty kit is intended to raise the vehicle and significantly improve rear stance when towing or carrying loads. It offers a clear improvement over the standard Ford Ranger rear springs, helping reduce sag and maintain vehicle balance.

Ezifit Struts are supplied pre-assembled with shock, coil spring, new top mount, bump stop and protective boot. Simply bolt them in without the need for spring compressors or re-using worn parts. The rear springs and hardware are direct replacements for factory components. A professional wheel alignment is recommended after installation for optimum tyre wear and steering response.
This kit is designed specifically for load carrying and towing applications rather than comfort-focused daily driving.
Final ride height may vary depending on additional front-mounted accessories such as bull bars or winches. Alternative spring rates may be required in those cases.
