The S197 Mustang chassis features a rear chassis brace to assist in absorbing the load that would otherwise be stressed onto the panhard rod. The stock brace is merely stamped lightweight steel, but Whiteline's rear chassis brace is a heavy duty boxed steel and reduces the force on the panhard.
